CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We do not accept shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery to ensure there is no kind of damage! From there, please email us within two business days of delivery for any defects or issues!
Need to make a return?
Returns must be postmarked within 12 business days of the delivery date. Due to a high volume of orders, we do not offer, exchanges or refunds, no exceptions.
All returns will receive store credit in the form of an online gift card via email less original shipping cost with a max of seven dollars). Store credit is just like cash and never expires. Please allow two business days for your return to be processed after delivery.
Return eligibility requirements
Items must be returned, unworn, unwashed, sent and make up free. This includes smoke, deodorant, food, and perfume scents.
Original tags (if applicable) must be attached and intact.
Returns must be postmarked within 12 business days of delivery.
Shoes must be returned in the original box and inside of shipping packaging to avoid damage to the box during shipment.

How to make a return

The following FashionGo Dropshipping Buyer Return Policy (“Return Policy”) is to address various return classifications and establish a policy for buyers to expect as it relates to returns on their items purchased through FashionGo Dropshipping.
Important Terms and Expectations for Buyers:
Not all vendors may allow for returns. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check each vendor’s return policy before making any return requests.
All return requests must be made within seven (7) business days of receipt via “Orders” on the buyer’s account page. Vendors have the right to decline return requests that are made after seven (7) business days of receipt.
Buyers must return the item within seven (7) days of receiving the return shipping label.
Buyers must be able to explain the reason for their return to the best of their ability.
Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.
Returned items must be sent in with the shipping label provided by the vendor. Any other methods of return will NOT be accepted.
Buyers may NOT place credit card disputes or chargebacks without first communicating with the vendor to come to an amicable solution in regards to their purchase.
